for me i can imagine that in real life the colors mesh far more effectively than in the photo. its probably more clear that the collar is just the reverse of the leather and the t-shirt matches the boots and it all comes together nicely.

for me i think the problem is the belt. by jutting out it props up the shirt awkwardly. and the pants (m.a+ 5 pocket?) seem to be too soft a material (too soft a shape) for the boots and leather shirt. i'd prefer something harder (canvas, stiff cotton, denim). but thats just me....

It's not easy to get all the shades of black right, and I agree that it might look better in real life, because the lighting is so important here. Since I tend to have the same problem, I have started to often mix it up with a layer of white or gray in between - works much better imho.

Eternal - outfit looks great apart form the tee-shirt. The high neckline, colour and little red cross just don't look right. I'm afraid to say that that top, and its variations from the grannie, is a (limited audience) hype item, with little merit.

yeah i do like it too. It reminds me of kucejoe (quite logical), and the shoes are indeed well chosen.
This hl jacket is definitely great! Maybe try to open the last buttons on the sleeves cause they're a bit long, but torso fit is spot on.
