Thanks! Yeah, the leather aviators are often very slim in the torso and I actually sized up in this one - I was barely able to zip up going regular size. I generally wear it unzipped or zipped partially through the middle so it looks more relaxed, but for these slim pants I thought it looked better zipped up. The leather also hasn't stretched out in that area because I rarely wear it this way. At least I have a frequent reminder to keep my weight in check :)

sorry, i don't know if this is this fit is "intended" but it is wrong and quite unflattering: shoulders are obviously too wide while torso too short and too tight... i must say most of ma+ garments fit really terrible unless you have the designer's proportions (which aren't exactly standard)Comment

I have to agree. That's why I got the long version - that fits brilliant, except I had to chop off sleeves.
The-orb, try the aviator without any layering a underneath. That's how I wear mine and I really think it's the only way to wear it unless you just happen to be very skinny.
I also recommend going with black pants. I have tried gray pants, and I have come to the conclusion that they are a bad idea. Something just looks off with the darker upper and lighter lower.Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde
