Must say I agree with you that it's a bit tight. Gotta hit that threadmill hard. The sizing on this particular blazer is crazy tho, fits two whole sizes smaller than tagged.

awesome tucks, neogund, faust. doing my best to not get the virus, but i'm really digging those RO boots! neogund, as cjbreed said, a pity the blazer is small, but on principle it's a solid fit--looks fierce!

regarding Trixer's dc pants, are they part of an early phase some people go through and then grow out of?

Dunno for other people but I've always been fond of dc pants. And for me, I'm not new to this niche and I do have plenty of other pants as well.

drizzly, the way your pants fit makes me regret not getting a pair of detroits the one time I stumbled upon a size 33 on sale at Alan Bilzerian (instead I got stuck with a pair of Karl's diffusion line jeans). I heard detroits are not produced in size 33 anymore... Is it true?

Yes, PuprleJess, the memphis was actually a pleasantly surprising pairing, as I bought them way after it was jacket weather, tried them together the first time in Chicago two weeks ago, instant hit. I love when it happens, something comes together and you know you have a new variation on the outfit that will serve you well.
