Autumn and spring are my favourite seasons, in many ways. Warm but not stupid-hot. Summer is nice for the long evenings, good for running. I always get soft and squishy in winter from staying inside too much.

Now post a fit!

Thankfully Swedish summers has days that satisfies the most hard core of us autumn fetishists.

love i like those astaires - but what's going on in the photo with them and the boots? have u tucked them somehow? they look a bit weird.

the slip-ons look great - been on my list for a while. a suggestion: try playing around with them wearing knee-high socks. that's what i would do, at least...

there are little pull-tabs on the back of the boots and the pant hems get stuck on them sometimes. if i take my hands out of my pockets and let the fabric settle it provides a nice clean transition with a slight break on the hems :). im actually surprised you're not digging it!

great minds think alike on the knee-sock thing, i figured you do that and voilá, sphinx sock sneakers.

I've put these items together to demonstrate how one might combine older Veronique, in this case, AW 2008 with Phoebe Philo-era Céline.

This is a Veronique Branquinho Silk Dress with pintucked ties and pockets from AW 2008. See it on the runway here.

I've worn it with a Hermes Kyoto Bangle from the 70s, a bakelite bangle, Céline AW 2013 Thigh High Boots, Choker with Round Stone and Berlingot Clutch (zipper opening on two ends) also from AW 2013.

I'll write something about the Japanese makeup brushes I've been a fan of for the past two years in the women's makeup section...
