Angle of the shoot is killing the proportions for sure.
But imo the RO cardigan (I guess it is), like all the drapey clothes, should be worn according to its implicit - or "secret" - shape, or you'll look wrapped in your stepmother's napkin.
In addition the collar part is very unsightly and should be hidden with a light scarf.

A picture can really F you up pretty bad; you end up with a strange face, odd pose, and 15lbs more than you are (talking of some of my pics).

if you want to look good on camera, never post a picture with an apocalyptic flash that blows you away. never. you're highlighting a "soft, feminine" ensemble, so get all candle lite up in the that shizz. and the shirt to your right isn't helping your cause.

I appreciate the feedback, I post here because I'm genuinely looking for advice, still trying to figure out my aesthetic and what works for me.

I swear my outfits look a lot better in person! haha. The photography and my unnatural posing never help - but maybe some grey jeans would help break up the severity.

The cardigan is actually from Target for under $10 so I've just been trying to have some fun with the sort of piece that I wouldn't buy at RO prices but still like.

I agree with Pnods though, the flash actually does detract from the overall look. Blows you out. Sans flash, steezier pose in a rapist-friendly alley next to yesterdays garbage and it'll be perfect
