i want to know more of how those silk mikado wedges are made. what shape is the silk cut? Is it just a giant square wrapped over the foot, so it creases like a guidi boot would crease?

just received these. this seasons fit seems to be true unlike past seasons. love the shoe, actually adore the shoe and def need a strappy black heel for spring and summer but horsey needs maintenance so i'm strapped (pun intended), but they have their hold on me. i have them packed up to go back but cant bring myself to drop them off just yet. sorry to impose but are they that good that i should suck it up and keep them? dont know if i will find them on sale later on since these seem to be the best selling ann shoe this season. if anyone has other alternatives at less cost, fire away.
please be kind about the winter feet, they havent seen the light of day just yet.

I have these on the way (but in the beige color). Although they haven't arrived yet (hopefully today), I have a feeling they'll become a favorite. And seeing them on you, I know they'll be a favorite. They look fabulous!!!

rider...i feel like they are awfully covered up for a strappy sandal,
esp. in black? Chunky heel + so many thick straps seems redundant and not sexy.
I am not the biggest fan of Ann footwear though, so what do i know...
ps. i also think you have better stuff in your closet already...I mean the ephemeral, the fugitive, the contingent, the half of art whose other half is the eternal and the immutable.Comment
