Not much info available online it seems, but from what I understand this act is totally independent and has no connections to any ex-LLN acts. I think he's just running with the style in a glorified homage and taking it into a slightly different direction.

He's not part of a true second wave, but interestingly enough trying to start up a new seperate circle with Anderkrasü and Exhrpändra Ek (don't know anything about them though).

Anyways I fucking love the direction of it, since while I enjoyed many quality LLN releases (mutiilation rightfully deserves the praise here), a lot of them were just untalented messes IMO.

I was always partial to moevot, although it's only (very) loosely a bm project, and could easily fall into the untalented mess category depending on the listener. still looking for something similar, anyone have any recs?

Did you give Satanicum Tenebrae (also LLN) a listen? Not quite the same, but similiar creepiness at least.

"I was wandering in the rain; Mask of life, feelin insane.
Swift and sudden fall from grace.
              Sunny days seem far away.

On and on and on it came,
wish the rain would just let me.

How does it feel (how does it feel)
              How does it feel
              How does it feel
              When youre alone,
              And youre cold inside.

              Here abandoned in my fame,
              Armageddon of the brain.
Take my name and just let me be.

Then a begger boy called my name,
Happy days will drown the pain.
On and on and on it came
And again, and again, and again...

Take my name and just let me be.

How does it feel (how does it feel)
              How does it feel
              How does it feel
              How does it feel
How does it feel (how does it feel now)
              How does it feel
              How does it feel
              When youre alone,
              And youre cold inside.

says it all. unfortunately lacking that peculiar medieval quality which makes moevot the ideal accompaniment to gazing upon, e.g., manetti's the stigmatisation of saint catherine of siena, or miura's beserk, but a fantastic and unknown quantity nonetheless. thanks!

                      Nick Cave... Breathless

It's up in the morning and on the downs
Little white clouds like gambolling lambs
And I am breathless over you
And the red-breasted robin beats his wings
His throat it trembles when he sings
For he is helpless before you
                      The happy hooded bluebells bow
And bend their heads all a-down
Heavied by the early morning dew
At the whispering stream, at the bubbling brook
The fishes leap up to take a look
For they are breathless over you
                      Still your hands
                      And still your heart
For still your face comes shining through
And all the morning glows anew
                      Still your mind
                      Still your soul
For still, the fare of love is true
And I am breathless without you
The wind circles among the trees
And it bangs about the new-made leaves
For it is breathless without you
The fox chases the rabbit round
The rabbit hides beneath the ground
For he is defenceless without you
The sky of daytime dies away
And all the earthly things they stop to play
For we are all breathless without you
I listen to my juddering bones
The blood in my veins and the wind in my lungs
And I am breathless without you
                      Still your hands
                      And still your heart
For still your face comes shining through
And all the morning glows anew
                      Still your soul
                      Still your mind
Still, the fire of love is true
And I am breathless without you

well i don't know about LLN being "untalented messes" but as far as the broader constellation of the lo-fi / no-fi universe is concerned, i wouldn't hesitate to place them up there with the best of that universe -- early siltbreeze (dead c, shadow ring, h.pussy, et al.), halfjapguidedbyvoicesbeathappening, 90s freenoise cass underground (prick decay, cock esp, etc.), 80s underground industrial / electro / noise / art crossovers, and the early formative years of bm (from the first 3 bathory full-lengths right up to darkthrone's trans hunger). certainly what LLN managed to achieve, intentional or not, was absolutely incredible.

here are some of my LLN favourites -- torgeist (time of sabbath is killer), black murder, vermyapre kommando (their sole self-titled demo f-ing rules), vermeth, amaka hahina (part of the "ambient" quotient of the movement ala moevot), vagezaryavtre (ditto), brenoritvrezorkre...
the latter produced this particular track which, to me, is a perfect example of the lo-fi aesthetic at its primal best -- in the sense of an endearing piece of curmudgeon outsider music or art. what's so awesome about that track, apart from the prevalent blunt assault of the drums' murky chug, is the sudden appearance of a sound about 1:12 in. what sounds like an airhorn is actually the initial stirrings of a guitar solo layered on top the delicious murk. incredulous shit or fucking genius? :)

of course, goes without saying, the better known LLN acts like vlad tepes, belketre, moevot, mutiilation, and the like, are great as well.

incidentally, here's a fantastic faux LLN act worth exploring

this japanese group is right up the dark tribe alley, particularly in their vocal hysterics.

interestingly enough, they have close ties with LLN.
