A landmark - Xerrox Vol. 2 is likely the most cohesive and moody purely experimental record I have listened to. Perfect for stormy nights.

Props for Burial and Alva Noto up there. Contemplated over buying an Alva vinyl when I stumbled upon it in Virgin in Berlin, I regret letting it go now.

Hmm, I've heard plenty I would describe as dark or moody, but "angry," not so much. Most non-score composition is grounded in minimalism these days, so it's hard to find pieces that are charged with that kind of emotion. Only works I've heard that get aggressive in that sense are from the Romantic era, of course.
