I think you could easily make one of these yourself.
And while you´re at it you could make the cable exit on the bottom of the vase, I think that´d look way better.

Yes, the cord would look better coming from the bottom, but my guess, knowing Axel's style, is that those are vintage ceramic vases. By having an insert in the top, the integrity ( be it "valuable" or not) is preserved. By finding a vintage ceramic or metal vase you broaden your options and you can turn it into a lamp yourself or get out without too much money being spent by taking the vase to a good lamp shop.

there are sort of kits you can buy to change any vase or bottle into a lamp, and then it's up to you to find the lampshade which shouldn't be hard if you want white (even 5$ ones from IKEA would work but might look a bit cheap by contrast if the vases are really nice/old)

I also just googled "how to turn a vase into a lamp" and tons of tutorials popped up, so I think you should just DIY

I have industrial lighting but it is much less invasive in look than this. Maybe it works in some environments though...

I have very high ceilings and an industrial environment, just prefer white paint on concrete + white lighting equipment, I even have rails to move those spots around. This one seems to cater to a very specific design, I guess what I am saying is I'll like it better in a shop/café/architecture studio etc. than a loft. Personal pref though.
