No LUC pieces based on the conversation I had with the SA due to when they show the menswear.

And yes it's great to be able to check out pieces locally.

Hmmm...guess the SA didn't have the correct info then. Will chat with Sydney next time I see him.

Although the timing seems to suggest that, Sydney has in fact been looking to carry all the lines we currently have for several years. Sharp eyed shoppers have already picked up on the fact that while Sydney has been selling BoO and other traditional American lines, he has been doing so while wearing Carpe Diem and LUC. The buy in the store is not driven by buzz, but by Sydney's desire to carry lines he finds interesting (he is a tailor) and what the Toronto market wants. The shift we're currently involved in has been in the works for some time now. We certainly hope the regularly conservative toronto market can be swayed, and we invite everyone in the SZ community to stop by and check out what we have.

Yoko is one of the most promising designers too emerge on the scene. The progress she has been making from season to season is exponential. Individual Sentiments is a phenomenal line and once the naysayers seek to understand the philosophies behind artisan clothing such as this and embrace individuality rather than looking at labels, they will share in this sentiment.

EDIT: Yes. Please check out the website and if you haven't checked out Scoute, I'd ask "where have you been?" And say "please visit also".

I am pretty sure she will be in LIFT TOKYO next season.

One of the very few Japanese Labels to be accepted.

So I guess you can say she is successfully ensconced in the (SZ) pantheon so to speak

Not that it will affect her in the slightest of course : )

Some of Yoko's work is right in line with Manami's sensibilities. My God that woman has impeccable taste. Best dressed woman ever!! Everytime I see her I stop dead in my tracks and feel like . Faust can attest to the .

I am sorry, I am having a hard time distinguishing between passion and promotion here. Are you The Sex Pistols or Good Charlotte? The Misfits or Avril Lavigne?
