Thats the long blazer version... I have the leather classic pocket blazer in blue. Agreed with Snafu - its one one my favourites and the colour and texture is amazing...Will post some detailed pics when I get home

Snafu - surprised you don't think PH would work for you - think you would look fab in the classic blazer - did you get a chance to try on the black wool blazer @ Dover ST - i think they still got a small, unless rich nabbed it?

ah i didn't know they got the delivery in yet, yeh i think rich might have nabbed it by now... tbh i never go into central unless im going to school or never head around the shopping districts.

iv tried on a few ph pieces and been tempted, but still nothing has grabbed me maybe because the pieces have always been atleast on size too big. His fabrics are brilliant and i like the inside of the jacket; large book pockets and the cotton used in the lining. One thing that kinda bugged me was his choice in buttons; but maybe it is because he used plastic i kinda expected something else from him, but i think the plastic are traditional authentic vintage ones.

BTW - has anybody ever seen this style of PH jacket around? and if so can you give post some details or pictures of the materials you have seen them in....been looking for this particular jacket for a long time - i have seen it in the single breasted version, but looking specifically for the double breasted shape - just never seen it at any of the PH places.......

Haven't had the chance myself to check the Harnden stuff at dsm.... many people had a look themselves yet???... do they they have the footwear as well?...

Bugs me knowing its so close to me, but cant be dropping that sort of cash at the mo!

had no idea DSM even stocks PH...was there earlier this summer (but FW stock was already in full swing), maybe I didn't look close enough. I find that space a bit intimidating to be honest, probably cause im too broke to afford anything and it shows.

After reflecting back on what I saw at IF, I must say that it's not as exciting ast FW10. I don't know if it was an aberration or what, but the combination of fine fabrics and especially the contrasting panels made it that much special.

as of last week, DSM had the following (from memory and not sure what sizes unless stated)

Black wool classic blazer (sz small and large)
Olive Mac
Black Mac Jacket
Black wool belted trousers
1 pair of size 10 grey boots
white shirts (collar and collarless)
everything else sold out
But some really nice womes stuff.........
