Definitely size up. You can always adjust the sleeves if those end up being too long but you need a better fit in the torso area.

I don't button my blazers very frequently but if you can't button them comfortably, they're the wrong size for sure.

not to sound like a dick and i wear some stuff that pulls a bit but how can you think that is how a blazer is supposed to fit? I can see your gall bladder through the jacket

I wanted to keep it because I usually wear my blazer over a tee, and felt it was passable unbuttoned. But the shoulders are nonetheless too tight or small on me. Also putting on 15lbs didn't help me case.

The cut might also not be appropriate for you, liking a designer is fine but it doesn't mean you can wear it well. I'd be careful with the 5, 4 is def awful all-around, just just too tight but totally unbalanced on you.

Finally relented and decided to give one of the leather sleeve DRKSHDW jackets from the women's line a go after having no luck with finding my size on the mens side, but the body seems way too long to me.
