april 77 don't make a pair of waxed black jeans. I don't like the exposed back pocket rivets anyway, always thought they'd end up scratching leather/wooden seats.

They used to have waxed jeans and cords, but maybe not this season.

not a fan of the high rise on the thin finns (or nudies in general for that matter). tyro on sufu suggested rafs but have to wait till I'm in japan to check them out, no local stockists unfortunately. need something to tide me over till then

dji - julian red has a waxed pair avail. on their site. most denim with that polyurethane coating has a tendency to look a little overdone but these are perfect.

edit - nevermind, the model I was referring to was the "black tarnish," which isn't coated :-(

I've got a pair of hex cash, they definitely have a sheen to them but I don't think they are waxed as such.

I tried on a pair of hobokens once, the high rise doesn't really work for me.

have you looked into raf denim? I seem to recall a coated pair on yoox not too long ago..

i dont think many brands actually 'wax' their jeans per se


i think dior homme did but ive never touched those so i cant say for sure

so ang- the arcadius are to much trouble track down in a size 27 and pricey. besides, the inseam on dior jeans always looked mildly ridiculous on me.

diamonds- I've been trying to find a pair that I like but haven't had much luck. was looking for a chronicles of never neo neo black oil jeans but can't find any stores that got stock of them. recommendations would be appreciated

hmm, for some reason I can't view the dior jeans on yoox in my region.

I'm interested in raf jeans but I have no idea how the sizing runs or if the fit will suit me. they're too expensive to risk buying online, I'll have to wait till I have a chance to try them on.

They're 17.5cm. You won't regret about them.....
