Thing is I found out about the horror stories after purchasing from them. But I only do so because I can only find a particular item stocked at their shop.

with the amount of ccp stockists these days i honestly do not see the incentive to purchase from someone with such a distasteful track record. spend your money at shops that appreciate your patronage not those that act as if it's a chore.

I don't have the means to buy it in person so I'm limited to buying it from Darklands or PNP or trying to get lucky secondhand. Darklands has a bad track record but PNP is in a perpetual state of sold out so I'm limited to Darklands.

Grey Tornados. I don't have a preference for leather type but they need to be this color.



CUBS-PTC/19. I don't know what part is the color but I'd like them in that color. I'd also like a white rain pattern shirt but that's not a priority right now.

19 is the color code. cubs is the type of leather. pretty sure it's horse but with lots of scarring.

heavily scarred white tanned reverse horse leather. same colour as the pair I just received (sometimes the custom order game is necessary to get what you really want..) however the colour comes out differently depending on the leather. The Office may have a pair in stock, couldn't hurt to email them.

Yeah I remember reading they keep the CCP in store only for the locals. Oh well. Like I said, I'll contact The Office. Can anyone give me a rough estimate for how long a custom order takes?

Anywhere from 2 months to 2 years, with a more reasonable estimate of 6-8 months to 1 year. Who you go through makes some difference as does who you are.
