Does anyone has experience changing a raccagni zipper from an RO leather? This zipper is annoying as hell, it gets stuck every time I use it + the "puller" (don't know the name in english) stays in my hand if I pull it with too much strength.

The length is comical and I feel like 3/4 sleeves might be better than the comical tubes.

Any recommendations for shopping in Italy?

I'll be traveling to the Milan and Venice areas.

I know of PNP Firenze, one of my favs to view online, although it's a bit too far from where I'll be to actually stop by in person.

I found a thread on here with some shopping maps but there was none listed for Italy.

same here, try with candle on zipper teeth, and i dont know why lots of ppl like raccagni while RY and YKK are much more smooth

I love leather soled shoes and boots, but I'm not sure there the best for putting in miles exploring a city on foot over a couple of days. I haven't seen any designer sneakers I'm a huge fan of, and Converse give me foot issues after days of distance walking. Any simply footwear suggestions for city exploration?

^ fwiw I wear an old pair of Julius engineers whenever I'm travelling and doing a lot of sightseeing and walking around. my drkshdw Ramones are my footwear of choice for rougher terrain.
