Is it hard to fix it? regular cobbler will be able to deal with it? cause i don't know personally really good cobblers here in Prague. Just ordinary places.

For what its worth, I've owned some Rick Dunks and two fit true to size, the current pair I own (black, unsure of season) fits smaller than my other two size 43s.
