Its bloody ridiculous! Its shit like this that makes me pull my nails out every season, its so damn infuriating.
So much talent, yet the continuously choose absolute rubbish to show on the ONLY mens day during LFW.
But i must say that the TopMan Design collection was not bad at all.
Considering it is for a high street store.
I would even say it was one of the best menswear shows.
Now that speaks bloody volumes!merz: your look has all the grace of george michael at the tail end of a coke binge.

We're talkin' a brown (not even resembling drkshdw) wool bodice + a removable panel of crinkled bronze metallic leather (which looks awkward no matter where you stop the zippers), + a diagonally-seamed kerchief of 70's-throwback denim dropping from under the bustline like a cheap valance on a broken window. Oh, then add yet a 4th fabrication: leather sleeves. Seriously, in person it's difficult to keep a straight face with this one. This coming from a die-hard Rick fan.
If 2 wrongs don't make a right, 4 should definitely get you into WTF.
The right girl you speak of Faust is Thelma from Good Times–if she was headed to the moon. Yoox won't be able to give these away.

Well I like it because I prefer brown over black, particularly with RO and I think the wash of the denim is perfectly dirty (which is consistent throughout his ss10 collection). The shape/cut is also pretty standard for womens RO and I've never had a problem with it.
Another thing is that despite his avant-gardism (?), I find that Rick is probably the most consistent designer out there, so it'd be strange for something truly disasterous to come out under his name, though not to say that it's impossible.
But, you've seen it in person and worn it potentially, so there might be something there which we can't see, which might make this entire post redundant, but meh.
