Got me another pair of ccp pants today. Pretty light fabric with a very low crotch and bunched up knees (always loved bunched knees). Next stop: Bless sample sale [:P]

Oooh, Chris you're making me want those Cloak boots again. I had talked myself out of them a little while ago, but in that pic and in black they look gorgeous! May I ask how much you paid? Did you get them at Cloak? I'm crossing my fingers that I can get them at the Barney's Warehouse sale since people have said there were tons of cloak shoes left there in the past.

Sorry, another question about the Cloak boots, do you find that you can pull your jeans over the top of them? Or are they so thick that you have to tuck your pants into the boots? Thanks!

no pictures of the actual pieces but here's some pics from the trip - visiting some black hmong villages at the vietnam/china border

they grow their own indigo

hand dye cotton or hemp (that they make themselves) and make clothing with hand embroidered detailing.

most of the purchases were for my gf because i'm much larger than your average hmong man unfortunately...

I picked up a pair of Common Projects in Low white, thanks to a tip from ddohnggo.
