it's part of their core jewelery range however most stores don't stock that many pieces, even the stores that do carry a large range didn't have the metal combination and finish I was after. ordering it didn't take too long though, about 3-4 weeks.

It's fairly on the expensive side for jewelry though, isn't it? (I mean not compared to CCP and all) but compared to other comparable Australian brands at least? Maybe I just saw an unusual piece but I remember seeing a necklace that was basically just a distressed bronze ring of sorts for several hundred.

I think the domestic prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the metal and construction. the pieces come in either sterling silver or brass, and each link on the bracelets/necklaces is sealed to prevent breaking.

I own 4 oxidised silver pieces, the ring was $290 AUD, the pyramid necklace was $260-$270 AUD, the 3 piece logo set necklace was $220 AUD, and the double bracelet with small birdcage was $70 AUD. the only other piece I really want is this heavy square link chain bracelet:

however I doubt I'll buy it at $650 AUD, as I usually wear l/s tees anyway...

A new young designer in his first season (FW 08/09) based in Rome I believe. The owner of Harvey's Berlin knows him for quite some time and bought his first pieces. The leather is as fine as early cdiem items. Prices are more reasonable :)
