Probably a size 4 or 5 (idk if they use their regular sizing system or European). Theoretically, Viridi-anne size 3 will fit your waist, but I've never been able to get into a size 3 because of my thighs, which aren't spectacularly large (24" circumference), I just play soccer and do a squat every once in a while. You cycle, so yours are likely much bigger than mine.
