hahaha, funny story...the (chef)stylist called me prior to the shoot and asked if i would have a suit by chance which i could bring to the shooting. I confirmed and brought two XXX suits with me.

The fitting for the economy class took the whole day, most of the models had to change X times before the styling crew (5 people), the photographer crew (3 people) the camera crew and the Lufthansa guys confirmed...the fitting of the girl before my turn took 1 hour...

then it was my turn, i changed into my dark grey XXX suit, came out of the changing room...silence...a group of 10 people just nodding..."ok, i think that will work"...hahahahahaha...finished in 2 and a half minute...all the stylists were inspecting my stuff afterwards very carefully...

nah, its not me, its my clothes...its XXX He is da man imo! Even in the case of not knowing the brand, those people were in awe looking at an "regular" suit just bc they could notice that its somehow different and just awesome looking. We talked about this in another thread and i think this is a perfect example for formal wear with a subtle avantgarde touch. It melts into a conservative surrounding (according to the script i was the "smart international business guest hence the financial times...haha) but still people cannot grasp it properly since they can notice that it is different...wearing this for work equalizes you with your coworkers but still makes you different...so there IS a difference if i wear a Hugo Boss suit for work or XXX...if this makes sense at all...

On a side note I'd like to point out that I'm only 20 as well and, no, three years ago I would not have posted a video like that so I'm not sure I buy the 'only 17' thing. That's not to say I didn't do weird stuff (I still try to act like an idiot whenever possible even now) but I had the sense to keep it off the internet and maintain some perspective.

I'm all for being into what you're into and I hope Fark sticks around but I'd give him the same advice that Polyrock800 on Superfuture gave me when I started posting when I was 17: talk less and listen more because you don't know as much as you think you know and with the internet the way it is now what you do now isn't going away anytime soon.
