so, last nite, wearing what i posted earlier in waywt (cap and leopard print shirt etc) this shady guy came up to me in the club:

    - hey man, nice hat. is it hugo boss?
    - eh, no, sorry..
    - i like your shirt
    - thanks
    - are you homosexual?
    - no, sorry
    - do you know anyone looking to score some MDMA?
    - no, sorry
    *guy wanders off*

then later, in the men's bathroom, same guy:
    - man, i think you're a cop. are you?
    - i'm not
    - i think you are
    - ok..

i must have really confused him...

Met 2 guys from Kuwait in a hotel bar the other night. I was wearing pod shorts, long T, geobaskets, etc. - you know, the uniform.
They asked me if I was wearing this due to my religion.
            I said yes.
Hi. I like your necklace. - It's actually a rape whistle, but the whistle part fell off.

At the tow lot picking up my Vespa one of the guys asked me, "how much?". I thought he was asking about the scooter, so I said around $5K and he looked only slightly shocked. But, he was asking about my Rick Ramones and then said something about maybe Red Bottoms cost $5K, but he wasn't sure, but he really liked my Ricks. Ah Bloomberg. He loves them bikes, but he hates my Vespa.

Your Vespa got towed? Why? I see them parked everywhere in Boston, even chained to parking meters on sidewalks, and no one bats an eye.

You can go years without getting a scooter/motorcycle towed and then twice in a few months. The traffic cops mostly ignore them and from what I hear they get a message from City Hall to start rounding them up to show us a lesson. Most riders park illegally in some form or another, so it is completely within the city's right to tow, but most other cities in the world choose to look the other way--Paris, Rome, Boston anyone? If NYC would create some type of parking for scooters/motorcycles that would be awesome, but I think Bloomberg hates them as much as he hates cars.

A little boy came up to me in Le Pain Q and asked me if I was a vampire, he seemed kind of concerned/inquisitive... I hope today the young kids think of vampires more as an Edward Cullen-type rather than Nosferatu...
