Have you tried contacting PNP/Firenze, Hide-M, Lift? One of them might have a lead for you.

I have checked PNP/Firenze and contacted Hide-M personally. No luck for at least next 2 months till when the new season stocks will come in. And I don't really want to wait that long since I'm planning to get these as a birthday gift for my gf.

It's m.a.+, so this style will always be produced if a store orders them. My favorite boots, by the way, because they accommodate super slim pants without difficulty.
