the all red is way, way, way too much - plus it really doesn't go with the colour of tee you're wearing underneath

i seriously think a colour as bold as red really needs to be offset by something equally as bold (ie black) - other shades in between for a gradient effect would be fine, but as of now you look like a quake 2 colour palette (and my videogame nerd friends will know that's bad)

I find that the matching colours of the shoes and tee underneath, paired with all that red just feels odd.

I rarely chime in response to this type of post, but Christian, I think the first jacket (almost free one) is nearly 700 times better if you are going to be pairing with those pants frequently. I prefer the second if you are looking for versatility in the closet, but too tailored from the torso up for those pants. The dimensions are just off with that pairing and I do feel that its far too much red to be wearing sans the white beard. You always look great though (I begin to wonder if our first meeting in Paris seasons ago was a huge mistake...you've become a monster and I feel responsible!). And sorry my friend, but the trainers with the suit is a fail. Preceding waywts all stellar!

Thanks for the advice. Actually, I have already the second one in black linen put aside. So, you're 100% right, I'll take the first one in red to have the red outfit (and it won't be worn a lot of course, but I don't care) and get the second one for a more often use, since I like its shape a lot.

I wouldn't of course wear the outfit exactly like on the pic, I did something very plane to focus on the jacket only, and put the trainers to have the very same outfit as in the store. But I like it, though - I mean with the trainers.
