i always worry about broken stitch....
is the stitch durable?
i mean it stretched easily without broken...
anybody had experience with this problems?

The stitch's are pretty durable, I've had a couple snap, but nothing major, they can take some stress. The glued seams on the other hand are a bit of a fail. Most of the glue has come unstuck on mine.

What about the taped seams? I'm considering pulling the trigger on a taped jacket, but obviously not worth it if it'll die relatively quickly.

i think he's referring to the chain stitched jeans. the threads that hold the piece together at the seams are held down by the glue seams. these glue seams aren't that sturdy and has the potential to loosen the chain stitch threads.

this different than his taped blazers.

there are various different type of taped and glued seams, in coats and blazers they are usually regularly sewn seams which are sealed with the tape.

my friend has the 3 buckle one and god knows what animal carol is getting the leather from because that thing is looooong, i think carol only made it to show off how good he is a sourcing his skins

I don't like the drop-crotch-i-shit-in-my-pants, sorry. Never got the appeal. I suppose they work sometimes in soft, drapey fabrics, but I just don't get them here.
