"S" + "M"
Marvie has been nice enough to send me some old samples from previous collections, since she knew that I was in withdrawal of spruiking.
Unfortunately everything was too small.
I could build one outfit nevertheless, but jacket is still short, as you can notive. But I thought it could be a good idea to try to give an example of the kind of silhouette you can achieve.
You know the idea, which is great : same shapes (or similar) in different volumes, "S", "M" and "L", which have nothing to do with the actual size of the garment (for example, the "S" jacket will be available in 44, 46, 48, etc.), which can be combined together.
My favourite combination would be "S" for the top and "L" for the bottom, like the one I tried to achieve in these pics (but only "M" trousers was available). But I'm sure that the Moth would choose a "L" (or "M") for the top and a "S" for the bottom, and that would be interesting too.

PLEASE DO KEP IN MIND THAT

* THE CLOTHES ARE FROM OLD COLLECTIONSLast edited by Chant; 06-10-2010, 03:57 PM.

Christian, when you say everything is too small... are you formal ?
Very nice fabrics, for what I see. As for the silhouette, S jacket + M pants (or M+M, or even L+M) are clearly my favourites.I can see a hat, I can see a cat,
I can see a man with a baseball bat.

anyways, collection looks really good. love the pants.
Although conceived as annual, non-seasonal "collections" composed of several projects, Marvielab men's and women's are none the less presented both in s/s and f/w for a total of four presentations per year, integrating the season's additional fabrics.
