There are hoards of unfortunate girls who are abducted and or forced into prostitution all around the world & they try their hardest to fight it.

In the west its the easiest & the laziest way to get paid or try to move ahead.
I have never seen her perform so I dont know how good she is at her job BUT The point being that she does not have a lick of a talent at acting ( No pun not intended)

Yes it takes more than looks (most of the time) but I'm pretty sure she can afford to go to more acting classes. Such a move from porn to mainstream movie industry is actually not unheard of. Ever heard of Shu Qi?

her role in that soderberg movie wasn't exactly a stretch. she is someone who portrays herself as some bargain basement intellectual by virtue of the fact she's in an industry where people rarely finish the 11th grade.
