thanks, and yes, it's the crust hammered intarsia. as far as the pants, i love them and it's the first night cool enough to wear them (had big plans, sitting in yard and drinking with my wife) but they'd look a good deal better with boots than with the sneakers I think.

I like everything but the sandals (Can we say sandals ? Yes ? Are we done with the silly mandal trend ?). I don't understand their purpose here, since you're wearing a jacket - and which is more a dark one, not so reminiscent of summer.

I'm not implying that black systematically equals winter. But a black or charcoal jacket isn't the same as, for example, light and flowing black pants.

You know the weather this morning, a bit cold, with a nothern wind, but not too cold neither. I needed to wear both jacket and double layered tee, but it was far from being cold enough to wear boots or shoes. I removed the jacket, which is in addition very light (it's from SS 09), when I came back in the early afternoon.
That's all. It's a half formal outfit. Thought it could work, but was maybe wrong. Wife said "ok", so I went for it. Complains have to be sent to her.

I know that Dior tee is played out, but I prefer your old style. The shot of color and silhouette is nicer, the new style is so drab by comparison (and more expensive to boot).
