dont stress it too much, fact is that if you're young (in whatever circumstances) it can occasionally come up in an unwanted way, whether its someone calling you "kid" or treating you in an annoying way. I'm pretty sure everyone has been there, just brush it off and prove whoever is looking down on you wrong.
