took out some of the tv pics in my other post above and put them below as the second half of the 10 i took...if anyone can read traditional Chinese and/or knows a bit about Hong Kong, looking at this portion of the pics in sequential order there was somewhat of a plot with an ironic slant that I found mildly amusing -

i only recognize about 5 characters in the subtitles, but i am going to guess it's something to with getting knifed this year on flight 1068?

heh i'll try my best to translate the series although i will admit it really clicks maybe just in my head, when I took those and then lined them up some kind of fireworks went off upstairs and it felt like a million things was going wrong and right at the same time. Guess that's what a reformed drug addict friend of mine meant when he said I'm on a 'natural high,' and that this is more out of control than any normal person going off the rails on external substances...I think at this point I do an alright job of keeping a lid on it, most of the time.

slide 1 - 'dialogue in the dark' the subtitles say 'other than being used for normal daily operations...'

slide 2 - an upper-middle aged woman in a segment speaking of the injustices inflicted by this city on the socially neglected, says 'then this world will be pretty grey and dark (this phrase basically means sad and heavy)'

slide 3 - a girl in london says she hears the year of the tiger is coming soon (if you're a real cynic, you can think of 'tiger' being a double entendre for 'bitter' as they have the same pronounciation)

slide 4 - Henry Tang, the HKSAR government's 2nd in command and most likely to take the chief executive post next says 'we will continue to work hard'

slide 5 - guess where this is the real irony kicks in, current HKSAR CE Donald Tsang reminds us he's still around, and is jumping into the frame to bless us all a Happy CNY...I don't think anybody in Hong Kong likes the government...but alas what can you do -

last slide - a nod to mainland China which runs the show. SALUTE!
