oh, i wasn't referring to a photo job. the majority of the pics i've taken was during my jobless years. now that i work full time, i take almost no pictures..

Well what are the odds. The thing that really makes your 3rd shot great for me, Lowrey, isn't so much the commanding skyscraper front & center; it's that tiny little person you captured right below it, no larger than an ant, that gives so much power to the surroundings by contrasting them with simple human frailty. I love the irony.

bladerunner is a quintessential favourite of mine...I fell asleep to the soundtrack on and off for about a year, and its a permanent fixture amongst the few movies my laptop hd space can spare to chunky movie files vs. photos or music...

taken with those snow shots interest...especially the second to last one. captures a sense of desertion or solitude that is typically hard to encounter within a city such as NY... And I gots no problem with your taking epithetical liberties with any of my photos...you're more than sufficiently articulate and imaginative...

You too? Although I don`t fall asleep to the Vangelis soundtrack, I fall asleep with the movie playing most nights of the week. It`s much better than falling asleep to the Apocalypse Now soundtrack, trust me, very STRANGE dreams with that one!!

bunch bananas on my rooftop..

i don't remember why i took this picture. i think i was testing film and grabbed the closest thing-which happened to be bunch bananas. i've always liked this photo for some reason.

it's so ordinary, but there's something engaging about it..
