I'm not saying it will look the same, just saying that you can do it. Another example of white over other colors (black included) is this ghost by shige http://instagram.com/p/nki8yticzO/
This one is over a recent tattoo as the flowers were conceived in the perspective of getting covered up with the white ghost.

Doesn't do hourly. Prices based on size and complexity. Add in a flight to London as he's about to have a kid and may not be traveling for a while.
Look for someone in NY if that's where you are. So many people doing that type of work now.

Back from Japan recently, had this done and it's all healed. Tomo's work at yellowblaze.
The shop is incredibly professional. Got to meet some really awesome people, Shige was tattooing full body suits on Matt Deverson and his Wife (http://progressiontattoo.blogspot.ca/p/blog-page.html) Easily the up there in kindest couples I've met.

Shige and his wife have polar opposite personalities too, really funny.

2 days, both 8 hours, ~30 more until complete

Two most recent ones. Both by mike adams. Nothing huge or fancy, just little ones I've enjoyed. Nicest dude, and his prices are surprisingly inexpensive.

Here's a small one I got from Maxime a few years back

Peasant is right, so many people doing that style now, I wouldn't limit it to just mxm.

Thanks movement! It's all about the small simple tattoos. Love yours as well for that reason. It's true, sometimes I think Mike would be happier just being a professional fisher. He gets so excited to talk about it
