I`d never considered geometrical tattoos but seen so many here I`m inclined to think of one, or coming up with something cool to put into the one I`m thinking of getting.
          Yours is pretty great, man.

Im doing a sleeve, thinking I want a mandala and then some geometrical patterns (which Im still researching) I would also like it to reach behind my shoulder.
Not exactly this and maybe a bit smaller but similar

Ill start october 6. Since I never been tattoed I have no clue how long/many sittings I need, but I can update with pics :)

Or maybe wait to see if he guests somewhere? Always find it better to go to the source if you like a particular style.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've made an appointment with him but unfortunately the wait is in mid-2016 But willing save my left arm to wait for him nonetheless.

Ive also recently checked up on John Sultana + Zac Scheimbaum in Saved Tattoo NYC since I've been thinking about getting geometric skulls and geometric shaped animals on my other arm. What are your opinions on these 2 artists ? Or do you recommend any other tattoo artists around NYC area for this?

I think they are both fantastic and highly recommend getting something done by either of them. FYI Zac is about to move from Saved to Kings Avenue.

Managed to pen down an OCT appointment with Timor for 2 small things. Other than being quite excited, I wanted to ask those who've gotten tattoos in AKA before how the process goes about?

Mainly asking as I just sent him several odd travel photos as reference and am curious if it's custom for them to just illustrate it immediately prior? There's also other mild concerns like if it's even to kosher to suggest small changes regarding, etc.

I’d encourage you to do so. It’s your piece. Think of it as idea ping-pong. I mean, why wouldn’t you be allowed to critisize?

^ needed to ask—I'm way too familiar with artists potentially being divas. Have no idea if it exists in the tattoo world.

Had Mike Adam's bust out another lil fishing themed tattoo on me. Ended up driving out to Maryland on the wrong day, but he was super helpful and let me sneak in a super fast small piece before his appointment that was in 30 minutes from when I showed up. Highly recommend mike, really great dude and his work is superb (granted this little tattoo can't show much of his skill. Worth looking into his normal work)
