Anyone ever watch the documentary on the modeling industry by Sara Ziff called "Picture Me"?

I was just watching Sundance Channel and it was on. I really liked her perspective and how honest the documentary was! Worth a watch.

Also, the Chanel (Karl L) staging is so hilarious. So regimented and Nazi. LOL

Saw This must be the place yesterday.
I came for the laughs, I stayed for a beautifully bizarre film. Cinematography is OTT, feels like every shot uses a crane / jib / dolly.
Hi. I like your necklace. - It's actually a rape whistle, but the whistle part fell off.

Le souffle au coeur, is about a charming fifteen year old boy who is exploring a hedonistic life.

and if you like Louis Malle I can recommend Le feu follet, which is about a thirty year old man whose heart is filled with gloom.

So the Sydney Film Festival's coming and and there are a few films I plan on watching, including Nuri Bilge Ceylan's Once Upon a Time in Anatolia.

Anyone seen Alexander Sokurov's Faust - worth watching?

A Dangerous Method was soooo boring & I wanted to smack Keira hard across her face every time she spoke in that horrible accent.

Cronenberg's follows up 1 decent movie with at least 2 bombs.
