The denim on the J-Jeans will also loosen up after a bit of use so the initial measurements may go up a bit... As Albert said, given the same block was used for the previous batch of J-Jeans, sizing down one would be ideal... I have a pair of 46 when I am usually a 48...

i assume..the waist of the recent pair is 34 inch in size 48(stephen sent the measurements).that means,it should be a regular overlock 50 and will fit!
