I agree, that stooges gradient version is way off. I liked the high collar until I saw it in person and tried it on...didn't like the dry, "painted on" effect of the black and white, especially since it looks like with persistent wear, the coloring will flake off.Originally posted by mononon View PostComment

I was really surprised that it looked quite "aged" off the rack. The leather was already cracking at the surface (with some whitish fibers peeking through), especially in the black painted areas. And on close inspection the gradient looks like ink or toner was printed on the leather surface. Good idea, poor execution.Comment

Every time I hear him speak, it reminds me that he is one of the most to earth designers out there. I like the fact that the store openings are not based around him as a personality, but the clothes.
