if yes, does that mean that the 'silhouette' of the feather differs with each individual necklace?

and can the feather be removed/replaced, like in the ann feather necklace?

Yes, and the silhouette differs with each individual necklace. I'm not sure if the feathers are replaceable, but I'm willing to bet they aren't.
