Aww man, on my 1001st post it is discovered that I subscribe to daily candy. I shall retreat in shame only to return when I can list $26,000 in recent purchases of CCP/MA/LUC/RO/CarpeDiem.

don't get me wrong, sales are great, i'm just shooting the messenger.
actually, i respect DC, they pioneered the local email genre, and they got bob pitman to believe for 100mil.
Forgive my ignorance, but how do sample sales work? I'm kind of interested in the Westwood/Ilaria Nistri one... Can I just show up or do I have to call beforehand? Are they generally cash only? Is the merchandise leftover stock, samples, or what? And are people at sample sales aggressive?

where is this? from my experience you just show up. you usually have to wait in a long line. some take cash, some take credit. most take credit. i have never encountered anyone aggressive.
