Went to the Margiela sample sale today. The women's stuff was far better than the mens (as usual). They had a bunch of the really directional runway stuff for women. I actually got a (women's) long knit zip up turtleneck, since they didn't have the mens ones. Even though it's basically meant to be a woman's dress, it looks cool on me unzipped. It's currently stashed away until the prices drop even lower tomorrow :)

that sadly almost made me laugh outloud... there's not any good ones... I'm aware of a few decent local designers that might be worth investigating, but it's just women's.

Went today, bought a gorgeous wool three tone turtleneck, got home, and it's too fucking small. So pissed off - a fucking Medium and it's tiny - since when, Margiela? You are not Hedi. I have your turtleneck from a few years ago in Small, and it fits me well.

bought 2 items:
funky nylon shirt thingy-seems to fit how i want it to
silk print dress- slightly too big but I think i can take it in slightly and it will be fine. it was hard to tell trying it on over my clothes since it is stretchy silk. pics another time when not in the midst of my box packing scattered mess.

I should've. I was just wearing a dress shirt and did not want to go messing with it, thinking that an M should fit perfectly. Oh, well, I should be able to resell it...
