Very good choice. It's my favorite of the collection, I believe. [:P]

I'm afraid I got enabled by mention of gold (as in "Golden Boy") and finally bought these Dries runway shoes on a very good sale. I'm sure they are not to everyone's taste, but I think they will be very lovely with all the black and grey I wear (and will be wearing, next fall)

I think they are lovely, laika. I like the heel especially - a little clunkiness gives a little toughness, and that's an intriuging characteristic in a woman. now you need to throw golden candy wrappers around your house for the full effect. [:P]

Johnny--all looks very nice, but can you explain the details a little bit? I am a CCP dummy. What is the "clear taped" part of the jacket? [*-)]

Thanks. The "clear taped" part refers to the way that the seams are fixed together on the inside - literally with sometransparent celotape. I have a pic of this, but imageshack was being funny with me lat night and kept crashing (hence my one-at-a time approach to pic posting). The pullover is also sealed on the inside with clear tape. Will try (again) later to post pics......

And I meant to say before Faust, the Ann jacket looks great on you. It is lovely. It doesn't look leather actually - is it very soft. It has a fabric-like look to it.

Jshockmtl, glad the boots arrived safely and securely! I know you'll love your pair as much as I mine. For everyone else, there is only one pair of CCP boots left! The CDiems, and two pairs of CCPs sold within days of being put up on Cycle-Two.

Johnny, nice pieces! I got to handle the clear taped blazer at Alan Bilzerian and it was (of course) very very nice! Did you go to L'Eclaireur for them in Paris?

Faust, my god man. That jacket is awesome! A splurge of course, but worth every penny mate. Seriously!

Nothing yet for me.... saving for the CCP leather jacket. But I'm going to Harveys Berlin today (bastards were closed yesterday after I walked all the way down there grrr) to see what they have. Checked out some LUC pieces yesterday:

white button up

gray striped laser cut button up (laser cut, slightly burned edges)

light blue laster cut tee (all edges laser cut, done to look like it was cut with pinking shears)

black knit hat

May end up picking up the white button up at some point... more LUC still coming in!
