aha u can prolly beat me to it i got my x to proxy them and she said she would go a few days ago but hasnt got back to me which means she probably hasnt gone yet (sloth runs in the family) but shell freak out if i tell her to bail and she already got them but u can have dibs if theyre still there or if she already got em and i dont like em ill hook u up.

Starting this thread as an appropriate place to discuss Damir Doma's work, beyond the current season seems like a good idea. Forgive me if a new thread is excessive.

I'd like to kick it off by addressing the quality issues that people have been discussing in recent purchases. Didn't want to derail that thread any further, which is another reason to start this thread.

DD pieces are produced in Belgium and the quality should be excellent, but oversights may occur in isolated instances. In most factories, clothing is produced in segments and it sounds like the seams in the shoulder area are the problem. It could be one sewer throwing off the mark. If that's the case, its an easy fix. Anyways, DD has recently restructured their operation and taken on someone to oversee production management personally. She is uber sharp and vigilant in the quality control department. Seriously folks, she's awesome. There were some fabrics that Damir was unhappy with, but he has pulled them from production. The quality of the S/S 09 collection is excellent from what I've handled and in terms of quality promises to be his best yet.
