seemed to be a bunch of danish furniture shops and high end pet stores. Strange. Not much into danish modern, feels a bit played out to me unless it's done very well. I think I saw the shop you are talking about - on the corner?

Beautiful store, they have MA+ wallets if anyone is looking, large, regular size, and credit card size. All were the non-hook version. Wish the credit card size had been big enough for cash since I loved the design of it - two pieces of metal were attached to it inside that your cards slid through.

They had two Faliero scarves, both dark and very underwhelming for the price - $900 I think. Simple plain fabric with no real details.

Really? I guess they sold quite a few since the last time I was there.

Picked up an amazing Cotton/Viscose blend in brown from HNLR, paid perhaps more than i would like to but it was so perfect i just had to have it, like a cloud wrapped around my neck, and perfect for melbournes warmer climate as its very light. Will post some pics in a bit if anybody would like..

i own a number of sarti scarves but my favourite has to be the double-toned flip-sided coloured ones from a past season.
white with dark charcoal grey, white with light charcoal grey,
grey with black, etc.. all in a glorious blend of alpaca, linen, cashmere
and silk. couldn't even begin to describe how beautiful they are.

the bamboo ones are exceptional too. light, subtly textured and perfect for summer / spring / fall.

L'Eclarier had so many of them, it was crazy. I guess it's a good part of their business, which makes sense.

texture, weight, the orgasm-inducing tactile feeling. and for gentlemen like fuuma, the range of subdued, earthy colors.

Definitely. The knits are gauzy and agreable to the touch, the colours are excellent and the sizes great. I need a green or blue one now.

just wanted to say that i really reccomend that danish site! however, didnt order a faliero scarf, just a pair of shoes but that must be the fastest delivery from another country i have ever seen. like 3 days. ok, i live in sweden so its notng compared to like danish and us and a but still. didnt find any scarf that suited me tough : (

i have to say, it is really hard to find a nice sarti scarf during the holidays..these are the places i've looked so far..

Bergdorf has maybe 3 or 4..
A has about 6-8...
Gentry has the most, probably close to 2-dozen styles..

Well, seems like you are in the US, so that might be a useless advice, but L'Eclaireur always has a ton of them. I have their US rep's business card somewhere, I can ask them about the stocklists (if I find it).
