Yeah...completely. However, it's cheaper than Tom Ford private label, Frederic Malle or other similar "exclusive" concept fragrances per volume. The only thing that gets overly pricey is the city exclusives, which are double the price. As far as those are concerned, I urge everyone to smell the LA Musc...two days later when you're sniffing the shirt in the laundry pile to get one last smell, you start to think the $260 for 50ML is more than worth it...

I ended up getting the Ulrich Lang Nightscape. I might end up with Anvers 2 for warmer days but Nightscape seemed right for New Yorks 30ºF days.

To quote the press release the exact ingredients are -

a blend of Finnish Labrador Tea, Twinflower Linnea Borealis, metal and rust in the base notes and fennel, ginger, lemon, musk, saffron and cedarwood.

In my opinion it is quite similar to zagorsk from the incense series but it has a slightly sweeter less musky smell. I would recommend for guys (and girls) that use their perfumes more sparingly.

My current favorite is L'Artisan Parfumeur Timbuktu: a very dry, dark, smoky vetiver with an odd and unique camphoraceous note that is addictive.

anyone here use or tried acqua allegoria series by guerlain. it's suppose to be unisex and some are borderline women with the fruity scent. but i really like this one called "tutti kiwi".

rose 31 in a balm is better than the spray. it's more masculin..
either way, it smells better mellowed out after a few hours of wear..

^^^^^^^ Second that. Yann Vasnier is a talented perfumer. The Damir Doma edition is gorgeous. Lots of ginger in the opening.

Currently sold out, but should be back in a couple weeks. They do have a tester.
