So go for the 44 or wait on some info from the real guidi pros like Eternal. :-)
    appreciate the help, thank you

Just like to add that judging from the outsole length of Guidis in size 43, they seem to fit; yet sellers (on here & superfuture) seem to suggest that they fit size 40-41 or 41-42 - hence my confusion

Most backzips need 2 sizes up.

Depends on the leather and if you got wide feet as well.

If you do size up 2 sizes, I don't think you will feel that they're way too big. Just add an insole if needed.
Thanks for taking the effort Eternal :) I've got what I wanted to know

If I measure a 42" chest....should I be a L in Rick Owens basics? His most recent collections.

Does anyone know how Julius Sz. 1 convert into Rick Owens size? Is it similar to an extra small or small?

how much bigger does the 07 sheepskin moto fit than regular julius jackets? i bought one from eye and he claims that it measures 47cm PTP (size 2) and that doesnt sound big at all for being sz 2, in fact i have seen many motos from more recent seasons with 48-49 ptp. yet, ive heard lots of people say that it fit almost one size bigger than usual julius fit. im trying to figure out how much layering i will be able to get away with.

Sometimes it's hard to measure clothes. Measuring my jacket I could have said pit to pit is 46 or 47 if I measured from one underarm-seam to the other, but I always measure from end to end. The japanese stores are sometimes confusing too with different measurements for the same jacket. With me being impatient as well (or as hell), unfortunately you have to wait until it's there because I think it will only get more confusing with each reply.

Also some jackets taper a lot more in the torso so a jacket with a 48cm p2p may end up fitting tighter than one with a 47cm p2p if it tapers more. For example, my 2010SS moto has a p2p of around 51cm and the 2009FW lamb nubuck I had was 52cm p2p but definately fit slimmer because it had a much more tapered/slim cut.

Interested in an Undercover jacket but unsure of sizing. If Julius size 2 is almost a perfect fit on me, would I take an Undercover size 2 or size 3 jacket?

so this guy is offering me a pair of SS07 julius combat boots in size 2, wich he claims fit 42-43. sounds pretty big for a japanese label, can someone here confirm if that is correct?

I know that the size 3 09 combats were like 43.5 - 44.5, so I'd say it sounds probable.
I do not recognise the vessel,
but the eyes seem so familiar

I wear Julius size 1 boots and I am typically a 41 so I would say that would be about right too.

In regards to Julius shoes, I am lost as well, as to what size I would need for those sandlas http://item.rakuten.co.jp/anchor-mind/347fwm1/

I wear 44 EU, 43 in Made In Italy shoes, would a size 3 be ok or do I need a size 4?

quiet noise: that sounds right, size 2 is around 42.5-43.

sasuke: size 3 would fit you
