For those in the US that order from Antonioli, do you normally have to pay duty on purchases?

Just checked and realised that the prices of goods for US customers is around 20~30% higher then the price of the SAME goods for Hong Kong customers

I haven't had to "yet"

tbh, i really don't know how/when/why they assess duty and normally, it will come as a bill weeks after delivery..

for example, one time i ordered from polyanna (leather jacket for $1k+) and it was duty free (they used DHL). Next order, I got a bill from DHL like 3 weeks later for some ridiculous amount ($41 duty for 2 cotton tees that cost $200). Of course, I ignored that shit and never heard from DHL again.

you are right...i just looked at a jacket:

Hong Kong - reg price - 1540 euros
USA - reg price - 2080 euros!!
