Ok not really, but about to watch Zack and Miri Make a Porno.

Hux, back at college, they had a yearly porno night (yes... school sponsored no less). The best film was "Texas Dildo Masquerade" which was insanely loosely based on Texas Chainsaw Massacre... instead of a "leatherface" they had a "pussyface" and well... i'll leave everything else to the imagination.

Needless to say it was hilarious to watch whilst drunk!

Can't Wait for New York, I Love You. Appeals to that mushy New Yorker in me.

IF it is anything like PARIS JE TAIME it should be a lot of fun even for non-new yorkers.
I hear Tom Tykwer is doing a piece in it as well!

Been on a Carl Th Dreyer diet for the past days:

                - Vampyr
                - The Passion of Joan of Arc
                - Ordet

(Thanx criterion collection for great transfers)

...but last night broke the diet and go to see changeling, Mr. Eastwood is a decent/academical director, the movie is nothing to write home about, bland and boring at parts, and for any reason i didn´t believe Jolie's role a bit.

Eastwood is one of the greatest american directors working right now, is he too mainstream or something? Note I didn't see the movie, just speaking in general terms.

Really, I thought it sucked. And I love Paris.

maybe because I am obsessed with living in Paris that I love it. or is it Gaspard Ulliel?

Agreed there were some bombs But it was worth it to find the gems.
memory does not serve me well to drag up the details BUT
The story of missed fate with the weed delivery guy, The Story about the gay love interest, The blind lover with Natalie Portman in it and then the Steve Buscemi skit on the subway was brilliant and funny.

                          Infact its worth a revisit

just saw watchmen...The comic book is a pyramid, untouchable, but the film is much better than expected.
if i had to make an analogy i would say clint eastwood (as a director) is to film what bono is to music (if i had a puke emoticon i'd insert it here) but to each his own
