I guess publicity works, or maybe just good photography.

I think it's also the fact that it's the best side profile picture I have seen of those.

          Re: Yes or No?

I've been looking for some skinny, black leather braces for some time now, and at the moment there's a pair of the Dior Homme ones up for 15,000 yen on http://www.kind.co.jp/ (Probably like $200 or so once proxied?)

Or I also heard that there's some in the Geller collection still at Scout in LA. Has anyone seen these / the dior ones in person? Know the pricing for the latter? Know of other alternatives?

          Thanks in advance!

            Re: Yes or No?

I have handled the Geller ones at Scout and I own the Dior ones in Red.

The Geller ones are beautiful, made from all leather with buckles in the front to tighten [like a belt] and is distressed very nicely with an awesome look. The downside to them is that on the back of the suspenders [where the meet and cross] is a brass o-ring which the pieces attached to. My problem with that is it looks some what 'bondage - Mr. Slave' also I believe the price is around $350.

The Dior ones on the other hand, sold for $225 and sold out completely before hitting an sale racks. I wear them quite frequently, in a variety of different ways. They are constructed with a combination of elastic with leather [20% elastic 80% leather]. They are clean and simple, adding a nice touch of color to an outfit. No real downside to these, I love mine, would never sell them, I wouldn't mind having a black pair either.

Hope that is some help to making your decision.

              Re: Yes or No?

The Geller suspenders are actually closer to $375, if I'm not mistaken. They're incredibly nice, though.

Yes or no? It's pretty cheap, about 250 euros... It looked really good on me when I tried it, I think
