Well the World Cup is the biggest moment all those underrated players can get a dream transfer. Did anyone notice that almost all sports men got hideous superficial/mainstream tattoos?

Ochoa's contract runs up in like a month and he'll be a free agent.

I agree with the people saying that Mexico - Brazil has been the best game so far. Outstanding performance by Ochoa - I remember I always bought him in like FM 2009 or so where he was considered a great talent.

Anyway, I really look forward to the Chile - Spain game tonight!
Chile are looking good while the same can't really be said about Spain, but they have world class players all over the line.
I think it's going to be a great game.

I almost felt a bit sad for Spain, but only almost.

Such a performance from Australia. Who ever would have guessed?

Yeah the Dutch had a hard time out there, curious who will continue Brazil 4 pts
                  Mexico 4pts
                  Croatia 3 pts
                  Cameroon 0 pts(drop out)

if Croatia wins from Mexico, it's over for Mexico.

Uruguay-England was a good match, was hoping England would win there is still a tiny chance they can get through to the next round

We'll happily share our flight back to Europe with England. And probably Portugal too

Hahaha, this world cup is bizarre so far.

That was my first thought actually.

This is a strange one for England Usually there's all this chest beating before tournaments and they play badly and embarrass themselves. This time there was no big talking, and the performances haven't been bad. Against Italy they were tactically outdone and I think a lot of the blame goes to Hodgson. And today against Uruguay they were naive and defended badly.

However, as an England fan, even if they do go out at the group stage (which is very likely now), I won't want to hide my face in shame like last WC when I talked them up and zamb all but said "told you so" when Germany hammered them . Despite two consecutive losses I think there were some positives from both games and England didn't play badly, just naive at the back and occasionally lacking something special at the front. But I think they could be a decent (not world class) team in the next couple of years.

Why Cole and Terry didn't go is beyond me. Baines has documented home sickness and Jaglieka...well he's Jaglieka

was expecting a draw but worthy winners i think.
England have a good squad, good enough to get through the group stages but im amazed Hodgson was set out as the man to take them through. Such a below average manager with archaic styles, cant seem to adapt to this level.

will be shocked if he is still there when this ends. England need a young progressive manager or someone who demands respect a la Van Gaal? someone with the guts to not play players based on past merit.

im a liverpool fan and gerrard has been the worse in this tournament.
fully expect him to retire now.

Chances for England are not too small. It's totally realistic, that Italy wins both matches and England beats Costa Rica, let's say 2:0. As weird as it is, two wins could take them to the quarter finals.
