Yeah I agree on that.. on the other hand they're building these crazy stadiums in Qatar now, even though they might cancel the agreement.

They're killing so many slaves to build those stadiums that they may as well craft the VIP chairs from the flesh and bone of the dead*.

I`m rooting for the States after Argentina, of course. I have lots of relative there and I`m deeply connected with the country, despite having never been there. I hope the US makes it at least to the best 16, though it will be very difficult in that group.

Jesus, no matter how ugly and bad they play, Brazil will always be the favourite and most admired team just because of a glorious past. I would rather watch Belgium, Chile, Uruguay and Germany than Brazil and those boring Spaniards.
I'm not against a team, I hate (there it is) the idea of hating an oppenent. The result can be seen in the increasing violence in and around stadiums, dumb and in real life dangerous slogans are thrown around too easily. If you don't like 'em, don't watch. Spend your energy and time on supporting your own team.

I like how the Spanish play honestly, from what I remember a few years ago, I hate how ugly the Dutch play haha when they're one score behind they give up already 9/10 times and start playing like a sack of potatoes or start making a shitload of fouls.

Pretty much how I feel about this World Cup. I loathe Sepp Blatter and company, but on the other hand: Football!

Nice to see that the fine world cup tradition of catastrophic and more than questionable refereeing is still going strong. Does anyone know when Howard Webb will make his first appearence?
