Started as Augusta and became the later because it was the year of granny's birth. Adiciannoveventitre is A1923. Your Italian could be better. I, along with many others, still call the label Augusta.

Regarding the double zips, are they typically (from season to season) the same sizing? Or does it change with the leathers used? I've heard sometimes it is necessary to size up one?

If possible, I'd try to see them in person. The scarring, treatments and options vary quite a bit. Here are my double-zips; back panel is reversed and the treatment on the upper portion of the front panels gives them a grainy texture, while the lower portion / toe box is smooth and heavily scarred on the left boot only. I love these fuckers.

I ended up getting reversed calf with no scarring at all but with a bad-ass reversed structure and an awesome fit.
